Aug 27, 2023 A Failed Vineyard and A Faithful Vine – Isaiah 5 – August 27, 2023
Isaiah reveals the failure of God’s people to fulfill their purpose of bringing glory to him on earth. At the end of this chapter we are left wondering what will become of God’s plan for a people who will carry out this purpose. It is Jesus Christ who claimed to be the true vine from which a new vineyard will grow and bear fruit for God’s glory. Today, we hear the call from Jesus to come and abide in him.
Grace Community Church exists to build spiritually healthy people for ministry in the world. One of the ways that we pursue this mission is by gathering each Sunday for corporate worship, prayer, and biblical teaching.
