May 01, 2022 Jesus’ Hour Has Come – John 12:20-36 – May 1, 2022
Today we hear Jesus say that the appointed time has come for him to be glorified. Shockingly, Jesus said that his glory is like that of a grain of wheat which first dies in the ground before it produces fruit. With new eyes we see in the cross of Christ the glory of God’s grace for us. With new ears we hear the call to walk by faith, united to Christ in death to self that his fruit-producing life may work in us. Jesus’ hour of glorification is our hour of repentance and faith.
Grace Community church exists to build spiritually healthy people for ministry in the world. One of the ways that we pursue this mission is by gathering each Sunday for corporate worship, prayer, and biblical teaching.
