Sep 27, 2026 The Mind that Receives the Word – Acts 17:10-15 – September 27, 2026
While the word of God stands alone in its truthfulness, authority, and effectiveness to save, still it must be received by faith. In this account of the word of God coming to Berea, we see the kind of mind that receives it and is blessed by it. The noble mind is humble enough to listen, engaged enough to search, and honest enough to acknowledge the truth without bias. The noble-minded person receives the word of God and gains Christ. Today, as we hear the word, let us open the mind of our hearts and be blessed.
Grace Community Church exists to build spiritually healthy people for ministry in the world.
