Mar 31, 2016 Life at Grace – Support TBCH
Friends,
I want to ask if you would prayerfully consider helping with an upcoming opportunity to serve children in need. The Tennessee Baptist Children’s Home exists to show the love of Christ to children and families in crisis. In order to share the gospel with the children in their care, they do not accept any government funding. Instead, they rely on the gifts and donations of churches and individuals like you and me.
I plan to participate in the Run4Kids 5K on SATURDAY, APRIL 16, to raise funds and awareness for TBCH. My goal of $1,300 is the amount needed to feed one child at TBCH for one year. A donation of any amount will make a difference in the life of a child in crisis. You can give online here (choose “jasonmiller” under Individual Fundraiser).
If you or your kids enjoy running, you can also register for the 1-mile, 2-mile, or 5K races and/or raise funds and join the “GCC Runners” team. If you prefer to participate as an event volunteer, you can sign up with others from Grace to help with parking, aid stations, or clean up.
