Women’s Ministry

The Women’s Ministry at Grace Community Church exists to help fulfill the mission statement of Grace Community Church:

“To build spiritually healthy people for ministry in the world.” Our primary aim is to cultivate a culture of disciple-making, and to challenge and equip each other to ‘do ministry’ wherever God has us today. Gather with us around targeted discipleship topics that will inform and encourage your faith and outreach. Use your gifts to serve and strengthen the church family, or volunteer in one of our local strategic partnerships. We hope you will join us as we each work to connect, disciple and care for one another.

Discipleship

Wednesday Morning Study: John: That You May Believe

Our study will span across both fall and spring, divided into two ten-week sessions. (You do not have to commit to both sessions and can join at any time.) Through personal Bible study, large group teaching, small group discussion, and prayer, we long to behold, see, and believe that Jesus is the Christ and that life is found in His name.

Monday Night Study: Glimpses of God and His Kingdom: A Study of Jesus’ Parables

Join the women of Grace for an eight-week study on the parables. In the parables, Jesus reveals characteristics of God and His present and future Kingdom to a people with misguided expectations. Through our study, we will examine these characteristics and clarify how we should live under the kingship of Jesus in His present and future kingdom.

Afternoon Bible Reading and Prayer

Sundays, 4:00-5:30pm
Conference Room (behind Worship Hall)
Led by Anne Calton and Edina McMasters
Join in with this small group that is reading and praying through the Bible for mutual discipleship and encouragement. You are invited to begin at any time. Contact Anne Calton for more details.

CARE & PRAYER
