“Christians Engaging” Summer Study
Beginning next week on July 1, join us for a summer study on Wednesday evenings about Christians engaging in our culture and city. Using an interview and discussion format, we will discuss our engagement in the political process, race relations, the workplace, and with our international neighbors. All sessions will be facilitated by Scott Patty from 6:30-8:00pm in the Great Commission Room.
July 1 – “Christians Engaging in the Political Process”
Interview with Marshall Albritton and Russell Moore
July 8 – Members Information Meeting & Ice Cream Fellowship
July 15 – “Christians Engaging in Race Relations”
Interview with Chris Williamson (Pastor of Strong Tower Church), Mondonico Williams (Pastor of The Pursuit Church in Memphis), and David & Karen Jamieson
July 22 – “Christians Engaging in the Workplace”
Interview with David Atchison, Barbara Haynes, and John Kramp
July 29 – “Christians Engaging with Our International Neighbors”
Interview with Cara Bergthold, David & Jenna Ray, and Justin Tucker
Childcare will be provided for Infants-5th grade. Please contact Annie Carter if you will need childcare.
