Oct 04, 2012 Words of Grace – Live Recording for 20th Anniversary Album
Dear Congregation,
Once again, in celebration of our 20th year of ministry, Grace Community Church will record an album of songs that we enjoy each week in corporate worship. The past recordings have been of great benefit to our members and their friends. They have also been distributed around the world and continue to build up believers and Christian workers in global service.
This new, 20-Year anniversary recording will be unique in that it will be recorded live with all the instruments playing and the whole congregation singing at the same time. That’s right, we need you to sing on this album!
To make this live recording work, we need a big sound. We are not asking you to sing a solo. Your voice will not stand out from others. But we do need your voice to blend with others and to build the congregational sound we enjoy each Sunday.
Would you please join us on Friday, October 12, from 6:30-8:30pm, and Saturday, October 13, from 3:00-5:00pm to record thirteen songs of praise to God? We need 300 people for both recording sessions. We would love to have you Friday and Saturday, but if you can only make one session, please do.
